This is porbably simple, but try as I might, I can't get it right. I have a field that needs one of three responses (ie ordered shipped received) Can I get a report of only those accounts that had been shipped? Every time I do the report I get all three fields.

How do I design the report to inlcude only those that fit into one of the fields.

Do you have some table/field names you can share? Sample records and desired display in your report would really help in determining what you want.

with the reports query you can specify the criteria. Open the query and you can filter any of the results by adding criteria to the specific fields

End users should never have to open anything in design view to change anything. Always use controls on forms for all user interface.
