I've a need to list the names, DNs, TNs in use at our facility.

Can someone please tell me which load I can do that in and more importantly, is there a way to write out that information to a file which can be retrieved off the system?

Or, should I run this report via CallPilot or Telephony Manager - other products I have even less experience with.

Please advise.

In "LD 20" you can PRT all needed information.
If you capture the data it can be read into Excel (f.e. via "mv.xls")
