Has anyone experienced this issue and if so what did you do to resolve it? If you haven't what are your suggestions?

When running an Agent Profile Report some agents have a double timeslot for example, agent 25 logged in at 09:36 to 12:40 but has another entry under the first one saying he logged in at 09:51 to 12:40!!! How could he log in twice or log in while already logged in. This is happening everyday to different agents.

Any thoughts and suggestions please.

Software versions:
W2K SP4 Windows version 5.0.2195 SP4 Build 2195
Client SOAP v. 1.00.01 (Nortel)
IEXP 6 SP1
MySQL Servers and Clients v. 3.23.53
Reporting for Call Centre v. 2.1.54 (Nortel)
Symposium Web Client v. 4.05.003.02 (Nortel)

Hardware:
HP Proliant DL380 G3
Intel Xeon 3.06GHz
4 x 18.2 GB Ultra 320 SCSI
1 GB RAM

Many thanks

Forum 959 (for Symposium call center) would be a better place to post this question. This is the BCM forum.

This is a BCM set-up! The Symposium Web Client software is on the server as it used to be used for Symposium but is now used for the RCC software for our BCM.

Thanks

Sorry, the client SOAP and Symposium web client stuff confused me. It's not typical to see anyone with that loaded if they have a BCM

Make sure you've installed all the voicemail and RCC patches before pulling any more hair out. Your RCC version is about four or five revisions behind current.
