i can;t seem to find a report that gives me the number or percentage of abandoned calls against a skillset or cdn, can someone point me in the right direction
On a full Symposium, there is an Application Performance report which shows Abandoned calls. You can also report Abaondment reports that show where the callers are abandoning (in two second time increments).
There are not abandonment calls for skillsets; Skillsets answer calls, the application takes care of the call before it gets answered.
