I get alarms in Symposium regarding call treatment failed or invalid callstate. I would like to find out which skillset/cdn that is alarm. what report shows the callid simililar to a trace? thanks!!!!
Call by Call report and look for that CallID, but first make sure you have Call by Call reports enable in the SCCS, if this is SECC...sorry that option is not avaiable.
To enable CbC on the SCCS client, Reports and Display --> Historical Statistic --> Call by Call tab and highligh each application and toggle it to Local or Network if you have Network SCCS. Click the Calculate button at the bottom to make sure you have enough disk space then click Save.
