Reports with sub-reports - Data Error on browser

I use ASp, CR 8.5

I created a test report to see if I was able to send parameters. My report is grabbing it. So I know that my parameters are working fine.

Now coming back to the real report which has 12 sub-reports, when I pass the same parameters, I get the error message on Crystal Viewer:

"An Error has occured on the server in attempting to access the data source"

I get the report with the design, but no data on the report and the above error message.

Any ideas as what else I should look at.

Hi,
The message indicates a problem with one of your datasources (Main and 12 subs - it could be any of them)..

What connection method do they use?

Are the Subs using the same database at least?

Try removing all the subs, run the main report..Then add the subs back one by one..When it fails, you'll know where to look...

All of them point to the same database with the same username and password and DSN. I looked into that. They only point to different tables.
