I am almost done with an Access database for keeping track of our employee training but I have 2 reports to finish. What I'm wondering is, can I prompt the user when they open these 2 reports for information, such as, I want one report to only show the records for a given class and date. The classes are in there own table, so I want to make that a drop down of the class names, and then a date field, so that when the user plugs in the two pieces of info and hits OK, they get a report showing the records for that class and date. I tried doing this based on the instruction under the Access help, and got a form to pop up upon opening the report, but after that the help is vague. Thanks for any help peeps.
