In the group footer for the section I have the formula:
=Min([OverorUnder])
This works great to show me the lowest number for the group.
Question.... is it possible, to get the ([player]) associated with that [OverorUnder] also to appear in the group footer?

Thanks to all for all the help :)

I would calculate this in the report's record source query. Create a totals query that groups by your group and includes the min of OverorUnder. Create another query of you main record source with the totals query so you can join the group field and the MinOfOverorUnder with OverorUnder. This last query should return the group with the MinOfOverorUnder and the player. Join this last query to the group field in your reports record source.
