Reports Performance in ReportNet

Hi guys,
i have few reports where the records are max 10k.when i run the reports it is taking more than 2minutes to run it.
i am not using the indexes as the volume of data is very very less and no point in including indexes.
is there anyway i can check to improve performance of my reports?
Immediate help is appreciated.

Have you checked the SQL generated for the query? That would be the first thing to do. I am trying to find out more myself about how Cognos handles report generation.

I have also heard that the Content store can get pretty busy in some environments. You also should look at what environment you are running under. Is this dev? Single server? How big is the server? Is the database optimized?

You need to provide more information, like how much data you are trying to query and how the report is designed.
