Reports on the ACCPAC Desktop 1

Information :
ACCPAC 5.2 All Modules (Latest SPs)
MS SQL Server 2000
Windows 2003 Server R2

There were some crystal reports added on the ACCPAC desktop and they are running perfectly.

Now, we want to migrate to a new server and are copying across the Company, Site and User folders.

My problem is that there are many reports and in the desktops of different users.

As I foresee I will have to log in as each user and then manually direct the path of the report to the new server.

Does anybody know an easier way of doing this ?

1. Setup the reports for one user, then copy the user's *_C.ISM file to all the other users folders.
2. Upgrade to 5.4, you have the ability to add a report for all users.
