Reports Not showing up on Desktop

Using Seagate Info version 7.2.

Another issue I just noticed, if someone runs a reports on a specific server, it shows up successfully under the desktop. But when they log out of, and back into the desktop, the report is gone. It literally no longer shows on the desktop.

Any thoughts?
