I am working in a database that has tables that contain case types (text field) and the number of case types closed (unbound field) for individual employees. Each month a report will be generated for each employee with the total numbers of each case closed for their productivity. (There is other information pulled from the tables such as closed within standard, and weighted productivity per case.) There are about 120 different case types and depending on the person they may only work on anywhere from 20-50 different case types. In the report so that not all of those 120 case types show up I would like to create it so that if the unbound field is 0 don't show that text field. Is it possible to do that?

Do your grouping in the query and under the count put criteria >0 in the QBE (query design view). In SQL view you would use the Having clause instead of the Where Clause because the criteria applies to the result of the aggregation.
