Reports Not Running

Hello, sorta new here...but the reports are not being kicked out to the directories we marked as destination NOR is the email being sent with the reports. Anyone know why this is? We even selected immediate reports and not deferred. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like you may be talking about vault reports? If you are using TLD library then the tapes must be ejected before reports can be generated.

All media has ejected...and the reports still aren't executing...any idea's? We also marked it for "immediate" not deferred...so it should submit the report upon completion, shouldn't it? I did notice the "Netbackup Persistent Storage Mananger" service isn't running...so is that an issue?

Is this a windows host? Have you installed blat or some other means for Windows to send email?

Comtec...thanks man...I couldn't find Blat or smtp on the server...so I got it installed. I am sure that was it. Also, after setting the reports to "Immediate Eject" and "Immediate Reports" instead of "deferred". Somehow I think the deferment was causing it to time out. Thanks for ALL your help guys...it's a GREAT forum and helped alot. Since I am inheriting this, I am sure you'll be seeing more of me. Thanks again!
