Reports in Peachtree

Is there a way to change the filters that a report is using? For example, I would like an aging report that shows only those accounts that are over 90 days old. The only way I have found to get this information is to go to the Collection Manager - Analysis and run that report. This gives me a large printout of every one of my accounts which is more than I want to see.
I am new to Peachtree so any information at all would be helpful. Thanks.
