I did a full backup of a Win2k server selecting all local drives and the system state. When I run a client report, it breaks it down to 4 items it backed up, but it only lists the client (server name) for each item. Is there a way to list 'system state', 'c:\' and 'd:\ and have it report the amount of data on each of those? Do I have to define my backup job differently?

You could enable multistream.
Then each drive would be an individual image.
Then you could list the images.
