first of all i would like to thank you veyr much SKIP, MR, MILSON, VZCHIN,
now i need help for reports from extra!
i have a report contains 40 pages, each page press f8 .
in each page i need only assets, liablites corresponding values in txt file
but each pages assets, liablities has different postion, could you help me how to take only two rows and coresponding values

has 2 sets

it has 2 sets

1. acctousn details 48
2. accounts controls 8

send keys <s> it goes to 1.
go to 40 pages.
each page has
C$ Us$ details
Assets xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx
Liabilites xxxx xxxx xxxxx

income dddd ddddd d dddd
debit
credit xxxxx xxxxx x xxxx
loss xxxxx xxxx xxxxx

i need only assets , liabilits and corresponding details in txt file
each page assets liabilities row positions are vary.
adn after that it will go to second set

Still not very clear.

When I scrape screens, I get ALL the data (from 1,1 to 24,80 in the case of IMS screens) into ONE string.

Then I'd use the Instr function to find Assets and Liabilities or whatever. Then it's just a matter of using Mid to parse out the columns of data.
