Reports Form Executable Form

I have a multipage (23 pages) Visual dBase form. On several of the forms I created a button that uses a Crystal report to display information that pertains to that specific page. When I run the form and reports in the "raw" everything is perfect. When I create an excutable (exe) file the reports don't run and I get an error "Report writer has not been installed". How do I correct this?
