REPORTS/FIXING LAYOUT SIZE

Hi, its the Jam again. I have designed a report using the Report Expert. The report consists of 30 pages and every time it prints a page the next page grows bigger so that by the time the last page is printed the data exceeds the page and I am missing data on my report because the data just grew to large. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? I cannot find anyway to permenatly set layout so it does not grow and remains the same size page by page. HELP.

ALright the first thing is how does the layout of your report look like? Are there any groupr bands? Images? Text Fields etc.

Check to see if your label/text fields properties are set to wordwrap = checked.

Check the report bands by right clicking and selecting properties. Make sure the bands are "breakable" and "shrinkable."
