reports default to letter size

how do i alter a report in access 2000 so that all users viewing the report will see it as legal size instead of it defaulting to letter size

Hopefully 2000 is the same as 97.
Go to:
File, page setup, page and choose legal.

that is what we do in in access 97 but when we do that in access 2000 the report size only changes for that machine...but when others open the mdb and try to view the report the report size goes back to letter
