I am a report analyst and have been tasked with creating ACD-related reports from data supposedly in Procomm. Basic stuff I think, like how many calls, what kind of calls were taken when, etc. How/Where do I start? I need the data to be in a table, or at least a text file or flat file, so that I can work with it. Is there a way to export data in Procomm? I know nothing about Procomm whatsoever, in case you did not notice. ANY help/advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

I think the best way to get data out of Procomm is to save it to a text file, either via a capture file or use the snapshot command in a script to save the current screen. You can then open that file in a script (or other programming language), pull out the data you need, and then assemble it another text file, Excel spreadsheet (using DDE), or other format.
