Reports come up blank (gray screen)

Real time reporting works fine. Historical reporting pulls up with gray window. Any ideas? What is the correct viewer I need to install on each client machine accessing the web reporting? Thanks

Make sure you have a Java runtime engine installed on the PC you are viewing the reports from.

Thanks but that is installed because it is required for Real Time reporting.

Is it possible that the Crystal Report Viewer is not installed?(npviewer.exe)
If so allow internet explorer to download un-signed activex
then close and re-open internet explorer, it should work.

Npviewer is installed. For whatever reason it runs on IE7. I just updated the users in question to IE7.
