REports, blanks need to disappear !

The actual format of the report is simple. <br>
I have four squares/ boxes which each represent a category (4 categories under one division). I've had to set up four different queries that feed the the 4 subreports (are you confused yet ? ).<br>
My problem is that instead of getting all the data on my first page I'm getting the first box on page 1 and 2 , then my second box on page 3 and 4 etc ....<br>
Why is this ? <br>
Can I get rid of all these blank spaces and get everything on one page ? <br>

Well did you mess with the Sorting & Grouping options at all.<br>

The problem may be the size of the sub-report controls.<br>
