Whenever I try to select more than one table or query to base my report on, Access gives me an error message that says "You have chosen fields from record sources which the wizard can't connect. You may have chosen fields from a table and a query based on that table. If so, try choosing only fields from that query or that table."
Why can't I select more than one table/query? Is there a way to do so?

The not-so-easy answer is to create several recordset objects in the VBA module and get what you need from them with SQL in the OpenRecordset method. A much easier way is to design a query based on multiple tables. You can only set one recordsource in the property page, but if you use the recordset approach you can create as many as you like.
