Reports as charts

1st, I took a one day class and can only build a simple db. I am being asked to create tables, or preferably charts, to display occurrences (incidents in industry; occurrences in healthcare) by types (falls, needlestick etc)and by severity. I have no idea how. I gave them a report separating out the difference types by severity in a report but was told it didn't tell them anything worthwhile. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
You can use the Chart Wizard inside of the Report tool. BUT, I would first create a query that retrieves the kind of data you want. HTH,
