All: I saw a closed thread where the user called a RDD into a BAQ, then used BAQ report designer to have reports with parameters/prompts.
Alternative Solution:
If the RDD is not Crystal, duplicate and make it Crystal.
Open the report in Crystal.
Define Parameters (right hand of screen)
If desired: add report to menu with Menu Maintenance, or as a report style to an existing report.
When the report is printed or previewed, a prompt will now be displayed asking for input.
The great thing about this method is the parameter field can be dragged into the report or used in calculation on another field.
