Is there a way to output a report that is designed and stored in the Access Database, in a common folder on a network, so that users can go to the report and view/print it w/o having access to the database? If it is possible, when the report is being stored in the seperare location, will it automatically update when the data in the database is updated or changed?

Thanks for your help.

You can't run Access reports without either a full Access install or run-time.
