Reportnet - where is My Folder ? 1

I have just begun working in the Query and the Report Studio in Reportnet. I am trying to locate physical location of my reports and dont see them on my PC. Can you please tell me where are my reports located physically and in what format.

- A very distressed Report Author !!!

ReportNet is supposed to be zero footprint. The reports in your My Folder should only exist on the webserver or the application server.

Pain is stress leaving the body.

Actually, EVERYTHING is stored in the content store (DB) so the only way to access those items is through the portal or via the ReportNet SDK.

Thank you - also how may I save these reports on my PC and in what format ?

You won't be able to run the reports from your desktop, but you can save the report specification in XML format and store those on your pc if you wanted too.

If the reports are saved when they are run, you can view the report outputs through the connection. If your administrator has enabled the File Saving, you will be able to save all output formats to your local drive (xls,pdf,html,xml,csv) etc.
