ReportNet use Cognos Series7 NameSpace authentication,user class can't

ReportNet use Cognos Series7 NameSpace authentication,user class can't inherit.For example,userclass B is a child of userclass A.User a1 belongs to userclass A and user b1 belongs to userclass B.
Now,I want to all useres, which belong to userclass A and userclass B,can access report named rpt1,so i add userclass A to access list of reprot rp1.
In fact,only user a1 takes effect,user b1 does not.

Do I have to add userclass A and userclass B into access list of report rpt1?

If so,it's very annoying to set the entries securiry.
Design of security is failed,isn't it?
