We are in the process of upgrading our SQL Server Databases to 2005, so there are actually two instances of the databases on our development server - one 2000 and the other 2005. They have copied our development content store from 2000 to 2005 and detached the 2000 version.
We have entered the new database name as well as verified the username/password is valid, however i am still getting "DPR-ERR-2058 The dispatcher cannot service the request at this time. The dispatcher is still initializing. Contact your administrator if this problem persists."
As a note, we were able to do this in our Cognos 8 environment (maintaining CRN until crossover is complete), but in that configuration manager we were able to designate that it's going to SQLSERVER2005 instead of entering a port; the CRN configuration manager will only accept a valid server name followed by a colon and a port number.
Is there a method by which i can designate that it should be looking at the 2005 instance of SQL Server in Report Net, or am i overlooking something else?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
