Hello,

I created a repeater report with one column and three rows down. Each row represents information for one person. The information is stored is various tables within the repeater.

Here is my problem, the repeater was originally working, printing all three people on one page. However, after making some costmetic changes, the report no longer repeats. It just prints one person per page. I double checked the properties and the 1 and 3 are still showing.

Has anyone else ever lost the repeating, even though everything appear to be set-up correctly?

Thanks

Jeff

Okay,

I figured out my problem. I lose the repeating ability when I add a list that is the result of the second query in the report.

For example, Query1 is my master query, with Query2 as the detail. They are linked by pledge number. I only need one field from Query2 in the report. Whenever I try to pull it into a table within a table within the repeater, I lose the repeating.

So, then I tried to insert a repeater within my repeater. My thinking was that I would add the field from Query2 as a repeating field as well.

However, I get back the message "Nesting repeaters are not supported". Is this true for Cognos Report Net, or is it a set up issue that we can override? Is there another way I can do achieve my results?

Thanks

Anyone know how I can get the results of two queries into one Repeater?

Thanks
