ReportNet CSV Format problem 1

In ReportNet you can see a Report in differents formats HTML, CSV and PDF, you can change it manually.

I am Trying to see a Report in CSV Format, sometimes it works good, the browswer open a excel aplication and you can see the report, but sometimes appears a XML code and you can't see the report! somebody knows why?? the problem is in the client? in the server??

The output is actually the SOAP request, and this was addressed in the MR1 release version of 1.02. This happens very infrequently and under the strictest of circumstances, but has been addressed.

I suggest you contact Cognos Support if you require any further details.
