ReportNet Configuration (Content Manager issue)

I am trying to configure Cognos ReportNet on my Windows XP Home. Here is the status of the tasks.

1. Installed Apache WebServer - Tested and it is working fine

2. Installed Cogns ReportNet 1.1 - Installed properly.

3. Content Manager setup - Tried to connect Oracle 9i database with admin user ID and password, but while saving it is giving cryptography issue. Can some one tell me how to fix it at the earliest, please?

4. What else to do next?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Saving with Cryptography issue => Update your java , like Cognos is advising it on its web site.
