ReportNet Chart Error

hi

below is the error message when i create a chart in ReportNet. For the same data, normal listing reports and others work fine, problem when i create chart.

Unable to execute this request.

details:

CCL-RCI-0002 The Soap server returned a Soap fault.

CM-REQ-4252 The object "/directory/*[@id='default']/*[@id='default:f:authid=2389740102']/*[@id='default:f:authid=3700132422']/*[@id='default:u:authid=3698362950']" was not found.
