ReportNet - Authentication

Hi

I am facing problems in the authentication in reportnet. situation is like this.

Currenlty the ReportNet server (CRN_SERVER1) is pointed to Access Manager on another box (say AM1), working fine. Now I am trying to switch the access manager to another server (AM2). When I do that, login everything is ok. But the administrator and others loose rights to many items in reportnet, even server administration and deplyoment also not accessible for administrator.

With this, I tried the same kind of change in another (test) reportnet server, but there it all works fine, in both AM configurations!!!

What could be wrong in the CRN_SERVER1 ???

Did you save your S7 namespace as an LAE and then import it in AM on the new server? I found, when deploying between environments, or even updating the S7 namespace via batch maintenance, that CRN security uses the ID's from the S7 namespace, not user names, group names, etc. Therefore, if the ID's for each object aren't the same between environments, CRN won't recognize the objects.
