reportinginstall.exe application error after installing sp2?

Anyone run into this one..

I get this popup after rebooting on server 2003 where sms 2003 sp2 is located.. Report~1.exe application error.. memory could not be read.

The event log shows reportinginstall.exe to be the faulting app, eventid 1000.
