hello,
i have a mitel 3300, I have a request from one of the managers to run a report on a ext. she would like to know how many calls this number gets, when does it roll over to another ext. i am not even sure if this is doable... any ideas?

The system can generate call data for every call.

Roll over not so much as it only really reports the last station to touch the call unless it was answered and transferred

If the phone is ACD there are other options

If you route the call through a hunt group there are other options.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Without a third party application like a Contact Center Manager, you can't run "reports" on the 3300. The best you could do is doing a read of the SMDR logs for the extension. That would result in a output of multiple lines, each being a call. You would then have to count up the logs to determine the number of calls and do through the logs one after another for your other data. So I would tell them can't be done.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.

Simple SMDR will help you make sense of / report on SMDR logs. It is made for the 3300 / SX200 ICP

Pretty easy run up on a VM.

Good luck!

Don't confuse DTMF with DTF. They have very different meanings....
