I have all installs completed and successful connection from reporting interface/machine to the Call Pilot - I see a large number of calls downloaded.
I've set up admin user, can login to Call Center Reporting, etc. Problem: None of my skillsets set up on the call pilot are presenting for me to assign - skillsets is blank. I've seen some other references to this being a Java issue. I'm currently running this on old XP SP2 32 bit platform. Firewall turned completely off (though this usually affects the SQL connection which I have no problem with). Java version is Java Runtime 6, Version 1.6.00. I've tried not to run any updates as past experience has shown me this tool is TOUCHY! Anyone have insight? Thanks in advance.
