Reporting - User Activity

I am managing a help desk group that requires a certain amount of obvious reporting. One of the issues I am having is being able to find an activity log so that I could display not only the tickets my agents created but also the tickets they "touched/updated". This would allow me to see an agents activity for an entire day. Does anyone have any ideas?
 
You can see any changes the user has made by looking at the audit log table. This records any changes to fields on a form, if your admin has enabled it.
