Wondering if there is a way to export a Reporting format (customized) and apply to another IPOCC, is there that chance?

You can use the ReportEx.bat in the Utilities folder on the installation ISO.

Tool to export/import report definitions from one IPOCC system to another.
During export files with extension .cpy are created. These files are used to
import the report definitions on the target system.
To import report definitions copy *.cpy files to the target system and start
ReportEx with import option.

Usage: ReportEx.bat import^|export -U Username -P Password -F name [-T hist^|realtime^|fs^|home] [-S Servername] [-C]
-U name of database login account
-P password of database login account
-F name of folder or report to export, ignored for import
-T type of report to be exported: hist=historical reports,
realtime=realtime reports
fs=first screens
home=home views
default is hist, ignored for import
-S hostname where PostgreSQL is running
-C Create file ReportEx.sql with SQL statements which can be used
for import via psql. Attention: these statements may be damaged when
label fields in a report contain line breaks.
