sorry im new to reporting services ....im trying to count only code = 1 how do you do that ?

I used this expression but it is counting 8 instead of 7 ... can you help me please ? I only want to total if 1 then count 1 else 0 ....

=count(lookup(Fields!SERIAL_NO.Value,Fields!SerialNo.Value, Fields!PIE_Tag.Value, "QA")="True",1,Nothing)
