Reporting services permission issue

I have a problem that when I connect to the SQL Server Reporting Services through the website, the content tab is not displayed.

Does anyone know why the content and properties tab is not displayed.

I have everyone to the ReportManager folder with full rights.
I member of administrators group.

A link on how my problem is
Any help with solving my problem is very appriciated.
