Reporting server not working - CP150

Here is the issue from our client....

We are still having problems connecting/configuring the reporting package to synch up properly to the Call Pilot. The server has been totally reformatted and reconfigured on the reporting server. We can’t seem to pull any reports off the Call Pilot nor is the Real Time reports working.If you look at the captures below, it looks like the server is talking to the CP ok, with connection status and all the other indicators showing OK. But the Download Status window is not showing any calls received and the Real Time window is not displaying any Skillsets.
We have tried disabling and enabling the skillset as well as rebooting the server and the Call Pilot several times but have come up with the same result each time.

One of our levels of support has suggest upgrade CP150 and the reporting server.
CP 150, now upgraded to 3.1 lastest rls.
What else and what exact patches need to be done?
