Reporting Request Queue Software

In your experience, do you have a recommendation for report-request queuing system/software? Currently, I use excel to list the report, priority, weight, person assigned, and other details.

Hi Gaston! How is the new job?

Like you I use Excel to track report information, coupled with a macro to insert rows into a tracking table indicating who ran the report when and how the performance was. Most of this pre-dates the Audit capability, which I find a little verbose and clumsy anyway.

I did run across a VB ActiveX control to let you stuff more information into the Name area of the Report Property a while back.

Hey Dave-

Thanks for asking. It's going well. As you can tell, I'm trying to plan for the near future. I was wondering if anyone uses ms outlook, ms project, or some other tool to do their request/ticketing.
