We are running a multi line switchboard system at my hotel, Meridian Mail (I tried to find the model number but no luck, the system is from 1994, Northern Telecom). I was wondering if there was a way to find out which extension called the main switchboard, i.e. if someone were to call for help but hang up before the operator could note the extension. I know that is about as vague a question as a person could think of :-0. the system prints a nightly "Xeta" report of paid outgoing calls but I don't know if it logs calls from room to switchboard.

You would have to have Internal Cdr turn on to be able to see calls from ext to ext and descant CDR software with out that there is no way to look or print any thing in switch.
