Greetings -

I am trying to build a custom report using Crystal 8.5 and linking directly to the tables through the ICCM_Preview_DSN.

I need to report on application performance, and include an Average Handle Time calculation ((Talk Time + PostCallProcessing)/Handled Calls).

Has anyone done this? I can link the dApplicationStat and the dAgentByApplicationStat tables, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the total Talk Time and total PostCallProcessing time...

HELP! :)
