Reporting Problems (dealing with null values) - Access 2007

I am using access 2007 for a register of software customers have in their office.

It looks like this (short description):

Customer Table (custname) --> one to many --> Antivirus
Customer Table (custname) --> one to many --> Firewall

Now the problem I am having is when I run the report it gives me 6 results because I only have 6 clients with values in the firewall AND the antivirus table.

It ignores the additional records in antivirus table. So the report brings back customers who have values in both and not in either and just leave the fields empty.

I can not find a way to deal with this problem online or through the help.

I'm sure this will be really simple but I just can't find the answer.

Hope this describes the problem well enough.
