Trying to figure out how to get customers up to snuff for both BCM and Call Pilot 100/150

So far I know the obvious:
BCM load latest SU/Desktop patches
Call Pilot 100/150 upgrade software to 3.1

No I have these two files:
CCRS_10_31_2007_31_10_28c_22
Call Center Reporting Client (CP 31.10.31.22)

Presume CCRS is the patch for dedicated reporting PC server?

But main question is where does the Call Center Reporting Client (CP 31.10.31.22) patch go? to the server also or users PC's?

Intresting that both of these did not come with readme's or PDF's for installation.

Let me know if I missed anything too.

Thanks

Remove justremove the programs not the data base from the control pannel of the PC server, then load the 2 pack on.

Are you running Call Center on the BCM ? ? If so then these two patches you are referring to here will take care of Call Center reporting. There would be no need to install these unless you are using Call Center on BCM. The reporting is strictly for Call Center App nothing else. . . . However they do nothing for the rest of BCM or CallPilot. I am just curious.

Where did you get these software patches. I am looking at Nortel and don't see these anywhere. Again just curious.

Software/Call Pilot 150....top 2 of the top 3 by date.

Be it BCM or Call Pilot dont I need same patches for the external reporting server? 1 or noth the above listed?

CP_31.10.31.22_ReleaseNotes.pdf I downloaded this from the same page you downloaded your software. These are for a reporting server who is collecting stats from a call center on BCM.

CallPilot 3.1 100/150 Build 31.10.31.22 (MR) was released to the installed base in Aug. 2008 as a Major Release (MR). This MR Release incorporates bug fixes in Voice Mail and Call Center along with Desktop Messaging Client compatibility for Windows Vista Operating System (OS).

The Call Center app uses CallPilot as an engine so to speak.

Also unless you are upgrading the CallPilot on the BCM to 3.1 I do not believe these 2 software updates will help you.

The client is installed on the IIS reporting server as you pull stats reports via an HTML client.

No BCM involved with current issue.
I only mention the BCM thinking it would be the same.
In otherwords the server be it connected to a CP or BCM would it not need the same patch/s

Here is the actual issue:

Reason for this thread is to get and understanding of what exactly is required to upgrade a reporting server on a CP 150 or BCM

Thanks

They both go on your RCC's pc.They only difference between the bcm and the CP150 is that the "appserver" is embedded in the bcm and not on the CP150 thats why you have to install both applications on the rcc's pc.
