Reporting parameters

Hi,

I'm trying to modify M & N factor for abandoned calls (totNAbanWait).

2 questions :

1- when I have modified M&N threshold for a particular topic, my reports still use the global parameters. Any idea why ?

2- I have modified the global parameters for M&N and now all my new calls seem to use the good values in reporting. Is there a way to apply those new parameters to existing calls ?

What version of IPOCC do you have?

It doesn't update old data, it's not possible because of how IPOCC saves reporting data in the database.

I'm running 9.1.8.

Any idea why I had to change the global parameters ? The Topic parameters don't seem to be used.

I see that the wait time is stored in database. So you mean the report builder do not check the wait time to tell if the totNAbanWait is < N ... do you now where this information is stored in database ?

You might need to try 9.1.9 first.

Reporting uses data from the CC database, TR is if you wanna make your own reports.
