I am trying to write a Crystal report that is linked a SQL DB. What I have done so far is imported the SMDRs into a SQL database. This is all great for reporting on the agent, but how do I get the agent group?

The closest I have gotten was to copy and modify the tblindex view and send that to the new database based on the cid. This however does not give me the correct number of call in an Agent group.

Is there a way to include this in the SMDR?

How much money do you want to spend? :)

If you can get by with 3 huntgroups being monitored or less, buy the CBC licence (about 400 bucks) and work with the .csv files it exports.

If you have lots of money go with CCC. v5 is due out soon and it will use crystal reports natively. Or, if you really want to do your own thing you can add the workforce management licence and it will export all the metrics to a .csv file for you.
