reporting of voicemail usage 1

Hi all

I know I can retrieve reporting of modular messaging voice mail usage. But it is not really business usable as it looks really technical (so looks chineese for business people).
Does anyone know if there is a way to extract and re-format those technical data ?

I looked through thread1496-1141358 and found Vitel proposes a package called Ivize. Does anybody have feedback on it ?

Ivize is now owned by CA and i think it is called Ehealth. We have a customer using it and they seem to like it. Lots of charts and things
